Gifts In our logo, we use the line "a little bit of Paris...a little bit of Anderson". Our gift selection features the Anderson part of our logo in that we
showcase the work of artisans in and around Anderson. We currently have
the privilege of exhibiting and selling jewelry made by seven area jewelers: Other local gift items that we are proud to sell are Timms Mill Grits provided by Lisa and David Wortham out of Pendleton, SC and Leopard Forest Coffee grown in Zimbabwe and roasted in Travelers Rest, SC. From time to time we have gifts such as pottery from local artisan Cindy Earle Higgins who produces her pottery on a very small scale. We have wooden boxes, candleholders and bookmarkers from craftsman Keith Slater and we always have a variety of crafts from Jimmy Newton of The Crafty Crow -items made from old tobacco sticks (used to cure tobacco), wooden signs and bird feeders. Representing textile arts, we carry hand loomed scarves by Carol Schmidt and knitted scarves and felted purses by Marcie Hobbs and Wyn Foland of Lavonia, GA. This talented duo also creates unusual necklaces made of yarn, beads, wooden fish and other embellishments. Dan McKinney of Pixel Point provides custom hand-bound journals and books. We hold trunk shows from time to time to display new wares and to introduce new artisans. (And as another excuse to serve refreshments!)
