Books
I started Ooh La Lolly as a frustrated English major who never really got to use my major except for the fact that I love to read and I LOVE BOOKS! Although the original focus of being a bookstore has shifted somewhat from our opening in 2005, books are still an important part of Ooh La Lolly. We offer titles in fiction, science fiction, young adult, hobbies/crafts, art, gardening, travel, pets, biographies and regional authors.

Book Signings
We have hosted numerous book signings for regional/local authors. Book signings have become the perfect forum for us to combine two loves - books and food! Toss the Bride, Murder at the Beauty Box, French By Heart and Grace at Low Tide are a few of the signings we have hosted.

Book Locating Service
We also offer the service of ordering books for you - hard to find and out of print books or just a title you remember hearing something about on tv or you've seen in a magazine.

Exciting Book Clubs
Ooh La Lolly even has its own book club called The Remainders which meets the second Friday of every month at 3:00. Refreshments are served at every meeting (mais oui!) followed by a lively discussion of the current selection.

We are also available to host other area book club meetings.
