About Us Lolly Wenzel grew up in the south but lived and traveled all over Europe. Her shop and restaurant reflect the environment in which she has lived. From Ooh La Lolly's Chicken Artichoke Casserole, also known as the restaurant's signature dish, to little "tee-niney" (as Lolly calls them) French Macaroons, this eclectic shop exudes good food, style and comfort. It's rare these days to find a place for lunch where you can sit in a comfortable chair at a table covered with a tablecloth from Provence, get a cloth napkin and have food served on a nice plate with silver serving pieces. Ooh La Lolly's has a wonderful atmosphere and scrumptious, reasonably priced food. It's a great place to visit with friends. It's also a great place to linger and look at art work, books and jewelry as evidenced by the many guests who stay for hours after the meal is finished. A little Paris and a little Anderson. If you ask me, it's the perfect place. - Linda Weiss, Food Editor for South Carolina Homes & Gardens Magazine and author of a new cookbook titled, Memories From Home, Cooking With Family & Friends.
